Provide clients with competent and reliable crew.

Clarify the responsibilities of crew, clients, and Diamond Crew Solutions in the recruitment process.
For Crew
As a professional yacht crew agency, we expect all crew members registering with Diamond Crew Solutions to:
Provide accurate and up-to-date information, including CVs, references, and qualifications.
Hold valid maritime certifications (STCW, ENG1, PWC, PB2, or equivalent).
Consent to the processing and sharing of their personal data with yacht clients for recruitment purposes.
Conduct themselves professionally throughout the recruitment process, during interviews, and once placed on board.
We commit to:
Reviewing crew applications fairly, without discrimination.
Offering equal opportunities to all qualified applicants.
Providing guidance and resources, such as CV support, training advice, and visa information.
Assisting crew with ongoing career growth through our membership program.
For Clients
Yacht owners, captains, and management companies using Diamond Crew Solutions agree to:
Provide accurate details of yacht type, position required, contract terms, and employment conditions.
Ensure compliance with MLC 2006 and other relevant maritime labor standards.
Uphold fair treatment, non-discrimination, and safe working conditions for crew.
Communicate clearly and promptly during the recruitment process.
We commit to:
Supplying pre-vetted candidates with verified qualifications and references.
Providing tailored shortlists that match client needs.
Offering fast turnaround times for urgent daywork, seasonal, or permanent placements.
Supporting clients with follow-ups and, where applicable, replacement guarantees (depending on recruitment package).
Placement Guarantees
Our Professional and Elite Recruitment Packages include a placement guarantee: if a crew member leaves or is terminated within 30 days, Diamond Crew Solutions will provide a replacement candidate at no additional cost.
Daywork placements and basic package hires are not covered by this guarantee.

MLC 2006 (Maritime Labour Convention) – ensuring fair crew recruitment and welfare.

Limitations of Service
Diamond Crew Solutions acts as an intermediary and is not a party to employment contracts between crew and clients.
Final hiring decisions are the sole responsibility of the client (yacht owner, captain, or manager).
We cannot guarantee employment or ongoing contracts for crew.
