Diamond Crew Solutions acts as an intermediary between yacht crew and employers, including captains, owners, and yacht management companies. Final hiring decisions always rest with the client (the yacht or employer).
Crew members are responsible for maintaining valid certifications (such as STCW, ENG1, PWC, and other maritime qualifications) and ensuring that their documentation is up to date.
Client & Crew Responsibility
